TestFlight 4.3 (July 21, 2026): a search field for your beta apps (plus stability fixes)
Apple’s TestFlight 4.3 adds a search field to quickly find beta apps you’re testing, alongside stability and performance improvements. Small UX change, real workflow impact for teams with lots of builds.

What changed
Apple notes that TestFlight 4.3 is now available on the App Store for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro.
This update includes:
- A search field to quickly find apps
- Stability improvements, performance enhancements, and bug fixes
The release notes also mention updated support for testing builds created with newer Xcode 27 beta SDKs.
Why this matters
This is a small change, but it hits a real bottleneck:
- When teams (or power testers) have lots of beta apps and multiple test cycles running, just finding “the right app” gets slow.
- Friction here turns into stale feedback, missed repro steps, and “we shipped it but nobody tested it properly” moments.
Anything that makes the beta workflow more navigable improves the odds that your release QA and your experiment QA are actually real.
Tiny win
If you run frequent betas, add one line to your release checklist:
- “Have we confirmed the tester can find the correct build, and can we see the build number in one obvious place (in-app, not just in TestFlight)?”
That single check saves you a lot of phantom bug-chasing.
